If you are carrying a 9i 42* 145+ yards that to me means you are higher club head speed with a lot of shaft flex. I wouldn't be surprised you are having bent tip issues especially if a hard down move and a divot taker. Though Apollo Hump's a noted stiff tip shaft with a beefier tip were noted to have issues.
