I'll start. Vertex AW on SK Fiber TT75R shaft. Cleveland Launcher HB 5W on UST 55 Gold R shaft.

LogicalOne I have something similar at home, I just decided to do it by hand so I didn't take too much off at once. Maybe after I've done it myself more than a few times I'll start using it.

Both require a bit of practice and a little patience to get it just right.

Of course, if you lack in finesse and can't butter bread without putting a hole in it, it's not a job for you

Jelopster hopefully you are getting a good laugh like I am. Definitely take your time, don't get impatient like i did, and double check everything. I'm pretty sure that if you or I run into issues and have questions that someone here can and will be happy to answer them for us.

qotsarock I go back and forth, hitting the thumbnail and the bench. I was taught this by Bill Totten at the GS school.

I built a set of Maltby STi first gen irons. Big shovels, but not that wide of soles, not big offset, and not overly bouncy. UST iRN shafts. First I made a test 7 iron and loved the shaft. It’s the first iron in a long time that encourages me to make a smooth swing. So I built the set.

Played the first round today. I’m very happy with them. They are super forgiving. Fly high. One club stronger than my normal lofts, so they are one club longer for me. 🏋️ But they are higher too. And it’s so nice to not be fighting my iron shafts.
