I haven’t seen this much buzz on a component driver head since the Almo/Tait driver wars many moons ago. It’s really an awesome head, IMHO!

Cutter66 it's the first component head with an adapter that actually looks good. The other ones have been junk, IMHO.

Aldila DVS? I’ll have to look that one up. I love the NVS, and to a certain extent, the NV. Most Aldila shafts seem to agree with my swing.

ode Always loved the DVS 70 S shaft. Tried the 80 S once in a 3 wood, but it didn't work that well for some reason.

My all time favorite is the NV.....followed closely by the VS Proto.....and then the DVS!

I have an NVS in my 3 wood that performs quite well!

ode I like those shafts as well. Good feel and you can usually find them cheap now. Unfortunately I was fitted for a Oban Devotion 7 shaft in my 3 wood about 4 years ago and it's so good I don't want anything else in a fairway wood.

ode Yup and it's actually one of their lowest priced shafts lol. Best feeling shaft I've ever tried and really stable too. I will just transplant into my next fairway wood....and the next.... lol.

Tried out the STW2 today. Wow! Nothing but straight balls and baby draws. Sound is a little metallic but not bad overall. I could play this thing tomorrow 😱

also tried out the swing science fairway. Pretty nice and I used their HEX360 fairway shaft. Pretty nice offering as well.

colej so now I went out and bought an STW2😡 Now I know why I stayed away for so long! I disgusted with myself, yet tingly all over. AHHHHHHHHHH!!!

for me the STW2 is lower than the TC. Sound is just a little metallic but not bad. Think ping g400 for reference. It’s a little deeper faced than the TC and sits a bit open at address as well.

I want to like the TC tour because it looks awesome at address. I just can’t get what I want out of it. The STW2 looks fine at address. Just a bit deeper than I thought it would but oh well.
