kelco9 sdandrea1 Yes. At least the TS-1 and 2 only require one mortgage. A quick note for the OP and anyone else fixated on large OEMs or small boutiques: the XV Pros are only $9.95 a head. Just sayin'. 🙂
Eguller sdandrea1 PXG is boutique, but you'll need a 2nd mortgage. How true.....unless.....you ae are military, etc. The 0211 iron prices in that case are very competitive with the other OEMs - actually less expensive. $95 a club fitted (some $ options). Not bad.
fatshot kelco9 "XV Pros are only $9.95 a head. Just sayin'." Took the words right outta my mouth!! And, Aaron at Value Golf will also build them for you at a reasonable price!
Typhoon fatshot kelco9 "XV Pros are only $9.95 a head. Just sayin'." Took the words right outta my mouth!! And, Aaron at Value Golf will also build them for you at a reasonable ...and will be just as good as PXG for anyone here.
kelco9 Typhoon Maybe not just "everyone here." I would truly love to see a pro play rounds with clubs of varying quality (whatever that means -- probably more accurately, price point) to see how much difference it made. I suspect very little, but I may be wrong.
sdandrea1 kelco9 I suspect very little, but I may be wrong. I saw a video Ricky Fowler and a few others dressed up in knickers and playing hickory shafted originals in a a fun event at the Open Championship. They were hitting very pure shots. Those guys can play anything.
LogicalOne thegolferguy1980 Hey, you seemed to have disappeared after coming onto the forum and telling us all about Haywood ... did you pull that trigger? 😉
fatshot Par4QC Wow....those are some Purty golf clubs. At those prices though, I bet golfers won't be lining up to buy!! I'll stick with my Hireko Acers!!!
sdandrea1 colej nothing from him since the day he joined and started the thread.....lol He's the owner, CEO, president, manager, assembly guy, and janitor of Haywood Golf.
fatshot MartinD Really Cool! I wonder what kind of ball they were using....I would think the modern 2 piece ball, when hit at their swing speeds, would shatter those wooden shafts!
