Well said, Peter. At this last DS, I was happy to see Justin at one of the parties. He's the one who brought us all together in the first place, and is now keeping up the tradition with this site. Long live the Buzzers!

Weirfan I wouldn't be sad. It had run its course and for the past 3-4 years was essentially a pissing contest for malcontents and not an enjoyable place to be. Membership participation declined and its demise was inevitable.

It is sad because of 15 years of FGI history is now lost. I think it could have survived had had the forum platform been updated at an appropriate time. But that didn't happen. Still sad in my opinion.
