therod Very sad indeed. Thoughts and prayers for his family. And for you too Steve. Thanks for letting us know. Just very sad news.
Mrnut1 Very Sad News! May he Rest In Peace. My condolences to his friends and family during this horrible time.
fatshot This is sad news....Thanks to Rick (cpanther), I bought one of the Geek DCT driver heads that has become a mainstay in my bag. Condolences to his wife and family.... RIP Rick....
ptjn1201 Very sad! My condolences to his family and friends -- he was a great contributor to the board. I bought my first head from him off EBay many years ago.
Par4QC One of the good ones, for sure! Gonna be missed. He was so good at what he did. RIP cpanther1995!
TChopp Geekoman Very sad indeed. His daughter just emailed me the news. Rick had just purchased some shafts from me. We had traded many emails in recent weeks, so she was going through my recent ones. That's why she contacted me. He did the artwork on the TourSwing Okato shaft! Great guy...will be missed! Tim Chopp
Geekoman TChopp Tim do you have access to Elizabeth email? I spoke to Rick on the telephone not much emails. We generally soike once a week or 3 times a month. I haven't emailed Rick for a while. No one answering cell phones! Steve Almo
Typhoon Wow, like everyone else here I’m totally shocked and saddened by the news. So fast it can happen and so young. Wow, we were all posting with him right up till the end.
sdandrea1 Damn sad news. I never met Rick personally, but dealt with him and shared posts a lot so I felt we were friends. RIP, Rick. You will be missed.
Par4QC Now wondering if this had something to with his quick passing...….(from Dec. '18) A lot of you know I'm the artist for Geek Golf, and lately a spokesman. I’ve been sick and inactive for 3 months,
Geekoman Par4QC Par4-Rick was very sick for a long time. Complications from diabetes. He had to do dialysis every night. His kidneys were gone.
SVonhof Wow. Another good guy down. We also lost Wineguy (Chris) from the Party of Fore forum a few months ago, who Steve may remember from the Pismo outings.
Geekoman SVonhof Wow! That's a shame! He and his wife were terrific people and wine guy Chris taught me a ton about wine. And he always brought good stuff to the golf outings.
