I use the COG studies from Mygolfspy to narrow down my driver choices. Because I'm a slower speed, lower spin player, I find I do better with somewhat higher COG drivers, which spin more. That won't keep me from trying the low COG ones, but I need more loft with those. So anyway, the M4 is higher CG, but also quite high in MOI. Finally, the COG is very neutral from the left to right standpoint. I don't do well with draw biased drivers.
On the course, my M4 flies the right height and doesn't seem to spin too much. It's pretty straight, and it doesn't have much of a tendency to go left, which is my "oh no!" miss. The twist face works well on toe hits. I don't hit the heel often enough to know about that side of it.
I figure I might as well try a 10.5 too. Maybe at 45 inches instead of the 44+ I'm using with this 12.
