Too bad they both couldn't loose yesterday. It was hard for me to watch it because I dislike them both. I did watch most of though because I wanted to see Teddy Bridgewater play.

Burfict is finished for the season. He'll obviously appeal, but being suspended 13 times in just 7 seasons, it's long past the point that he doesn't give a rip about the rules and is a serious risk to other players on the field. I really hope the league stands pat in their decision. Without pay, including no offseason pay.

Indeed. How could the NFLPA justify defending this clown? The guys he is injuring are part of the NFLPA too. I would think they'd encourage the suspension.

Agreed. I don't get the sense that Burfict is one of the more well-respected players in the league, as it is.

mulegolf If Al is taken, they could always go after Bubba "Spare Tire" Dixon. But, he's not as good as Al, having lost to him in that city championship game.

The Bears fans are anguished about Mitch Trubisky. At least he's on a rookie contract. Kirk Cousins, that has to be painful for the Viking fans.
