Gotta say I didn't see it coming. Not necessarily shocked, but a bit surprised. There'll be a lot of talk about why. Rust doesn't happen in two weeks. Two weeks, however, is enough time for a team to lose focus, to start reading all of the press clippings, and become complacent. They got punched in the nose early, and they simply weren't prepared. It would be easy to lay the blame on the coaching staff. Perhaps it's warranted, I have no idea. Jackson certainly laid an egg, but he wasn't on the field when their defense gave up 195 yards rushing to one player.
The Titans manhandled the best team in the league. But it ain't just about who the better team is now. It's about who shows up ready to play. The Ravens clearly didn't get that memo.
