You guys on the wrong side of the Continent should consider moving here soon, for longer golfing condition without the need to travel interstate.
Brian's move back here should be easy since he knows the area, but it's changed quite a bit since he had left the NW.
We are also, getting crowded. Living standard had gone up quite a bit since a decade ago.
The parents of one gal I know retired 16 years ago and moved to S.C. in a gated golf community . Now they are thinking of moving back. They were in shock of how the area had grown when they visited the grand kids in the Summer. They will probably not able to get the same neighborhood back if they decided to move back.
