PA-PLAYA I know from personal experience just how much better my body feels carrying around just 15 less pounds. So imagine having his arthritic condition, walking as much as he walks, swinging a golf club as many times as he does over the span of a year. It's good that he's doing what he needs to do to manage his health.
way back in the early days following University I did a lot of speaking, training and education on diet , exercise, nutrition etc. One example , I would always do was take a person from the class or audience and have them walk around the room for 2-3 minutes , do a few movements up and down as i spoke, had them report how they felt, take heartbrate , respiration etc....then had them wear a pack with 25lbs in it and do same and report.....
now imagine carrying that around all day every day
