Walterjn my biggest issue is range.
It's the weirdest thing. I had an electric car. Loved it Fiat 500e. Had a range of "90 miles". Bought it for one reason, leave my driveway and proceed to work(9.1 miles). Return. Rinse and repeat.
Again, loved it. I didn't go to a gas station for almost 2 years. Driving with my wife in her car to AZ, we stopped for gas and the attendant said what do you want to put in? I truly said I have no idea. She said let's start with 50, if it's less you get the balance back.
Anyhoo........Even though it was my 90 mile range daily drive to work, back from work........I had range anxiety. Hard to explain. If I saw that indicator creep into the red, I'd start sweating, thinking come on baby. Light turn green now! Now! To this day, I will drive my Silverado to beyond fumes not even breaking a sweat. Electric car? Range? I sweated it.
