That "looks" like a Gibson Les Paul, however I've never seen that finish or cutaway shape.
If you compare the shape of the cutaway (the "horn") to the pic I posted below (authentic Gibson Les Paul), you'll see the difference in shape (see how the authentic one curls up). I'm thinking counterfeit. Additionally, the fretboard inlays should be trapezoid, not rectangular (see pics). Most Les Paul models (except for the 3-pickup Custom) say "Les Paul" on the headstock instead of the emblem inlay (see pic). It's beautiful. If it plays and feels good, no matter if it's authentic!!👍
