The ultimate hoe move:
I bought a complete set of clubs. I only wanted the limited edition Tiger Woods Ignite driver in the set, as well as a Ray Cook putter.

Gonna give the bag away to a friend who needs it, see if anybody wants the beat up single length iron set (not even complete) on marketplace, probably donate the killer Bee fairways, and I have no clue what I'm going to do with this hideous offset SMT nemesis 😂

Craftsman 14' electric pole chainsaw. I've got 7 palm trees to trim and a few are pretty tall. Tired of over-paying for easy work. A ladder combined with this saw gets er dun!

I need to get one of those. We used to have some fly by night guys who came around to prune our two Queen Palm trees for reasonable money.

Plus we could do our Crepe Murtle as well. My wife likes to do a Crepe murder cut. Lol Prune it way down. They’re the most hardy tree. You’d think they wouldn’t survive such a drastic cut. But they come roaring back quickly.

Seven woods seem to be "The" club to buy.
Often I go on web sites and the 7 wood is the first fairway wood to be out of stock.

Don't let a good club ho thought be spoiled by weather.

I have found,, in my limited recent experience, that the head weights are too light.
It may have been that way for a long time.
In my spare set, I have a SMT 7 wood (21 degree) but at 5 wood length (42") with a FGS Electric shaft (68g). At regular 7 wood length, it was too light.
It was the same deal way back with my other 7 wood, which was an Ashton X-1.

Just do it!!!!

Without practice, I hit the 3 hybrid 4-5 and it worked great.

Beats going to the range and pounding fw's until they work again.

Hybrids are also cheaper!

I might reshaft to match my other hybrids and get a bit more height.

I have no idea who started that rumor. I cut our CM in VA WAAAYYY back. I even cut the knuckles off one year. You CAN'T kill them. Ours goes from cut back to full length and blooms by mid July.

I have pictures of before and after. But they’re too big to post. We’ve done this before as have our neighbors and they do fine. They actually come back fuller with more blossoms.

Now that we are in Virginia, it is a very common sight here.

Ours are way too young unless we wanted to minimize the # of trunks.

How long does it take them to become full again?
