Par4QC Typhoon May just be me, but since the inception of the adjustable heads with adapters, I seeing more (than prior) stories of broken shafts and flying heads. I also have noticed some of the adapters do not have as much bore depth as regular hosels do.
And imo, these adapters allow for vibrations with every hit of a ball.
Just a couple of thoughts.
I’ll never say you’re wrong 😁. This one was my fault. The epoxy was 10 years old, and like I told Steve, needed to heat up a bottle so the crystals would dissolve. I’ve never had a head fly off until now. Last 3 heads I did over the past 2 weeks. One was a Titleist adapter. The depth of the TM is 1.25”. This one was on me.
