Wasn't this week, but maybe a couple weeks ago.
Set of XP95 R shafts,102g., brand new. Put them in my Firesole irons, replacing the Rifle S-90. HUGE diff! These things feel like KBS 90's at much less cost. And, I find I can hit irons again.

colej I don't even know why I got the XP95 shafts; I had 2-3 really nice sets of steel shafts already, along with few sets of nice graphite.

I guess we all have just a little bit of a 'Steve' in us. 🤣

Par4QC I guess we all have just a little bit of a 'Steve' in us. 🤣

      Tinker tinker!

pellmell That guy over your left shoulder wearing the dad "uniform" 😆

Thats awesome... those fuckin socks... hahahahahahahaha

Par4QC Since I always have access to a taylormade matrix I've been liking the Recoil 780 ES F4 Smacwrap. The MMT 105 graphite feels like crap. But I'm considering the Recoils. Also need to spend some time with the Project X IO and LZ.

I need to send you a demo of the xcaliber rapid taper 105. I bet you’d like it.

sdandrea1 You asked... Package came in today! It has some machining defects but nothing I can't fix with patience and a file.

Purchased today: 1-PW set of Australian Blades (1iron missing but seller's son has it... grr ) and a 7.5* BOM w/ Harrison Striper LD shaft.

Project X New HZRDUS Smoke Black 6.0 70 Driver Shaft Stiff Flex w/Taylormade Adapter.

Not for me! The boy has been playing an M2 with a regular flex high launch shaft in it and it is obvious that he could use something quite a bit less whippy to lower trajectory and stay with his quick transition. Now I'll need to have someone suggest a Taylormade driver head that I should get since the regular flex high launch shaft has my name written all over it.

          How much does it weigh?

          What kind of steel?

          Straight in/no bend center shaft?

Curious what something like this costs?

          Anymore questions🤔🤣

334g worth of 1045 steel, straight in, 75d lie angle and 0d loft for my weird almost-armlock putting. Ran me about 140 USD after shipping and customs from overseas. Will be building with a graphite iron shaft w/ max tip trim and 17" long Winn grip.

By the way - can't recommend milling overseas if you're going to do a design from scratch like this. I didn't save as much as I thought and it's not really that nice of a part. Plus... I feel like a jerk not giving my money to a local!

AdamMH it's definitely an interesting project. Hopefully it rolls nice!
