Maugust789 Rickochet Mizuno ST200G It's a 2020 model Mizuno just came out with it's newer model in October the STG220 There are some reviews out there that match it up the big boys and it competes very well.
Walterjn Well, tomorrow the truck goes in to get the exhaust brake fixed, and after that, I get to replace the water pump... So from the looks of it, I'll be spending $1,700 of the boss's money on my daily driver that the boss owns.
JeffTilley Just ordered some True Temper Score LT shafts and some Jumbomax grips to install in my Cobra Radspeed SL heads. I cut down the original shafts and installed lightweight grips, but they just feel too light now. I’m gonna build em to 37.25 lengths. Hopefully, those large Jumbomax grips will help me learn to turn my body more at impact, otherwise I’m sure everything will be fore right. I’ve needed larger grips for awhile now because it seems I’ve lost strength in my hands and I’ve gone to the death grip.
golf_bhoy Ping CA70 @ 34". Will probably get a thicker grip on it pre-season (9" handspan, I get a bit "wristy" with thin putter grips). Some of you may want to look away now ...
sdandrea1 Got a deal on a 2022 Toyota Highlander. They want my 2015 Highlander so badly we came to pretty good terms. It's delivery scheduled for 15 December. Gonna canx the Ford Maverick which was scheduled for "sometime next year".
sdandrea1 Sarnella Good choice. I've been in a Highlander for the last 7 years......here I go again! 😂😂
Bravopilot sdandrea1 Hard to understand what you were looking for. Truck vs Highlander. Have to admit, really like the Highlander after three months. Great for all the REQUIRED @Typhoon golf gear.
Maugust789 Maugust789 The Mizuno ST200G did NOT disappoint in the course. I was able to tinker with it on a launch montor before I headed to the course and I set it up for full Draw high launch. First 2 tee shots were high draws left but in the fairway. As the round progressed I tinkered some more and ended up with a neutral setting weights towards the face. I only missed one fairway all day and haven't hit center face as much in my last 10 rounds. It could take anything I threw at it. I fight the hookenfxxkers and I didn't have a single one. Straight, slight fades and slight draws. Is it a bomber? On occasion yes. Distance is respectable and definately playable. It's nice to be in the fairway again. I will get back on the launch monitor with my fitter to optimize spin aand laaunch soon. But for now i'm a happy camper.
ptjn1201 Won a 10 degree Cobra L4V-F head off the Bay -- $12.19 shipped! We'll see how it looks when it gets here.
sdandrea1 ptjn1201 Won a 10 degree Cobra L4V-F head off the Bay -- $12.19 shipped! We'll see how it looks when it gets here. Couldn't get them down to $12 even? 😂
ptjn1201 sdandrea1 Damned sales taxes, would've been under $12. High bidder at $3.25 with $8 shipping. I didn't expect to win it, but I'll throw some low bids on things so I can keep track of them better.
LBlack14 Bed wedges, one for the top half and one for my lower legs and feet to try and sleep on my back. Also a Sutera pillow. I have to get back to my bed and try to get some normal sleep, whatever that is. I've been in this pos chair for almost a year and it sucks!!🤬
Rickochet Bravopilot Hard to understand what you were looking for. Truck vs Highlander. Have to admit, really like the Highlander after three months. Great for all the REQUIRED I have a Tacoma Access Cab and my wife has a Highlander. Both are great. I drive the Taco most of the time and the Highlander for trips and grocery runs. Steve, did you take a look at a Tundra or Tacoma?
sdandrea1 Bravopilot Hard to understand what you were looking for. Truck vs Highlander. See post above...
Bravopilot Rickochet Passed on my Sequoia this year to former FIL, 2003 model. Highlander is better, of course, newer too, so maybe that. is why I like it. Plus, my 2007 Prius sucks comfort-wise.
sdandrea1 Rickochet Steve, did you take a look at a Tundra or Tacoma? No, don't NEED a truck. The Maverick consideration was that it was cheap enough to add as a 4th vehicle (keep the Highlander) and be handy for the occasional truck-errand. I've been using the Highlander for truck-errands and we need an SUV for family reasons. We came to the decision yesterday that adding a 4th vehicle was not the right decision, so we decided to replace the Highlander. So we keep the Mini Cooper in Florida, the Mercedes in VA and drive the Highlander back and forth.
LBlack14 Typhoon Still not as loud as the Cobra F-speed driver I never had or hit one, but I'd take that bet and throw in the L5V as well. 😁
