KCee Reviews please! I bought a new Garmin a couple of years ago and it's been a bit disappointing. Great battery, but I prefered my Neo X for the most part. The Garmin takes forever to figure out what course it's on and seems to "hiccup" and give me high yardages all too often.
Since you asked 😀
I has an ummm accident with a Bushnell, so I borrowed my wife's Garmin wrist GPS just to try it. Like it.
Then along came this introductory deal on the Shot Scope V3. Watched YouTube reviews and was sold.
LIkes: it is very easy to read quickly with large bright numbers on a sunny day and aging eyes. Works like
most wrist units and fairly intuitive. It uses buttons screwed into the end of grips to track shots, distances, etc.
Not even necessary to input info - its automatic. Except...for putts. I kept forgetting to record the number of
putts before leaving the green. I'm getting better at it. It can be easily used as a watch also. You can select
to use it as a GPS, GPS + Tracking or just Tracking. Nice. You can edit the shots/score at home later using the
phone app as well as checking your stats such as: GIR, FIR, Putts, Saves. Pretty cool. Last time out, I hit every
fairway - didn't realize it until I checked the app. Overall, very happy with the Shot Scope V3. I like it better
than my wife's Garmin S20. Oh, it is light weight and hardly notice wearing it. Thumbs up, You can order it with
different color bands - even a Spuzz Blue I think. Fun unit with some real data and its very accurate. +++
