What did you buy this week?
Spuzz Think I'm giving up with the shaft/head matching routine. Have to pass up some nice shafts in order to go that route. I'll put this in an Indio, which will look good anyway with the silver logo lettering of the shaft.
Almo had HOF make him a special Patriot shaft, with orange logo on the white shaft, when these NB heads 1st came out. I had the setup and it may well have been 1 of the 2 best driver setups I've ever built. But I think Steve got a bit miffed at Rob about the color of the orange on that shaft and the project never got far. It was not an exact match, but damn close.

Rock Bottom Golf just made my ho'ing hit rock bottom. Got an e-flyer with golf balls 2 for 1. Just ordered four dozen Aeroburner Pro (a ball I found on the course a month ago and was lamenting that they stopped making them in 2015), a couple dozen Pentas, and a couple dozen Chrome Soft x-outs.
johnnydoom I was very tempted by the Warbird 2.0, which was a really nice ball. Then I looked at the stack of boxes already on the table.
Par4QC I had a good stash from an order last year, but my son and wife raided the stash and took all the best of it. 
I really need to start caring enough about my own needs to make them leave my stuff alone.

Best I could find was this car vinyl wrap.
It was cheap and had the desired effect, although not perfect.

Maltby TC #3 wood with KK Silver. Building to 42.5" Added the TS-2 #9 and PW to replace the TS-1. Like the TS-2 so much. Fantastic irons.. Shafted in Recoil 680 F-4
Mustaggolf Maltby sure has a winner in the TS line. I happened to pick up a TS-1 set to try out. I thought the TS-2 would be better and I had plans to get a set (especially with the Recoil Paks), but the TS-1 set has just been fantastic for me.
LBlack14 Even in Sr. flex, those shafts are much too stiff.
Another thing, and I do/have been buying a lot from that company, new heads and steel & graphite iron shafts(new sets), their single graphite shafts are all listed as 'may have scratches, etc.'. Their warehouse completely burned down last year. Can't help but wonder if some of these individual shafts were 'saved' from the ruins, as these are much older stock from companies.
