Went to the Post Office earlier to mail some of the bills. I decided to go to D*ck's and pick up some U/Fli Speed golf balls for one of my kids. I had a gift card from one of them, don't remember which. Got three dozen with the logo for free. The logo I had them print was D. B. Cooper Jr. He does hit the ball a mile but when he misses the fairway they are almost never seen again! I'm thinking he'll get a good laugh out of them. They should arrive in three weeks.

I bought 18 holes at a nice course in Independence, Missouri. I'm in town for a mediation tomorrow and had time for a twilight round. Beautiful canyon layout with nice elevation changes. My damn phone was dead, so no pics. WIDE fairways, deep rough, cracker tees were 5825y.

Rentals were Mizuno JPX 900 woods, hybrids and Hotmetal irons. Nice sticks!

9 holes on the puny muni (played twice) for me and the boy. This time I beat the snotty kid 80 to 84 (par is only 66 @ 33 x 2). We both carded a birdie in the round and I was even through the first seven before going double bogey/bogey to close the first nine. He’s already well on the way and will soon be dominating the old man though.

sdandrea1 Those Electric FGS Plus. Put a couple in drivers last night, and got 1 iron shaft for a hybrid, to be determined later. I also got a red one and a Grafalloy Blue Axis. I got the Axis in R and I think it's going to be perfect for my 3 wood, and did feel It needed tipped . The others I got in A.
I'll put the drivers in the bag today, in this 90+ heat.

Spuzz Told my wife I was going to put 1 in my orange/white No Brainer, with a purple grip.

I put mine in a SMT Spectrum and 2 Ashton X-1's, with black grips, to maximize the brightness.

Spuzz I actually stayed in bounds by using an Indio head and the black DCT, both with black grips. Don't want to cause any more distractions on course than I already do .

Grabbed a Graphite Design Tour AD Di6s that was snapped off up synthetic handle. We had it at work stuck in a pvc shelf rack post.

I can put an extender in it and stuck it in a driver. Has a Taylormade tip on it now.
