sdandrea1 I have an acquaintance, across the river, that has his own little PIAS(golf only) at his house. Little shed type structure that is loaded with clubs and bags. I don't think he builds any though, just buys/sells/plays. We've done biz, both ways of course. Always surprised when I can sell him something. He must have 'the need'.😄
And I don't go there often, for obvious reasons.
