PING G430’s Japan Build purchased from Golfpartners USA in Japan. Had SN’s verified with PING here in Phoenix before purchasing. Took them to PING repair had the lie changed to blue dot, power spec’d, added 1/2”. PING had them done in 24hrs. Nippon Pro 950GH Neo shafts with silver/black ferrules. These were built by PING Japan 2/22/23.

Picked up the SIM2 max 9 degree / stock shaft from one of the guys that plays at indoor golf and at my club. It’ll be the main driver this year until a qi35 comes.

Par4QC Depends what kind of reviewers you’re looking at.

It’s seems more about them moving the CG line so you don’t have to hit it so far above the centerline to maximize carry and lower spin. Combine that with moving weight around to increase Moi for a more accurate club. Improved accuracy is what I’ve seen.

Typhoon Depends what kind of reviewers you’re looking at.

Ones that use the 'tech', Pros and ams.

Just to make a point about the Qi35.....team members have had them for several weeks, if not months.
What did Rory use last week in his win????

Par4QC I don’t think Scheffler did either. They are both still working with weight placement etc… to get it where they want before they take it on the course. They’re not the golfing public that is bearing down the door to use one on day one. They’ll be using them eventually, no rush. I was watching a cool video about hitting the ball longer with Rory and Grant Horvat and Rory was using the qi35. Still testing it to get it right.

Typhoon Rick Shiels basically echoed your comments about the spin. I think we may see some of the ls and core models returned because they are just too low spinning.

Typhoon Still testing it to get it right.

IOW, TM is still making special heads for them in order for them to be able to use them.

People buy the hell out of Prov1 balls and don't realize they are not the same balls as the Pros use. So yes, idiots will buy the hell out of these drivers also.
Then complain.
