An additional water meter that measures water used for lawn irrigation. Saves us the sewage fees on those gallons.
Eventually, we're going to drop a pump in the Rappahannock river in our back yard and use that water on the lawn, but we have to have a pylon in the river bed to mount it (they can't lay a pump on the bottom). Might build a small pier.
