Bravopilot I first was going with a custom-built home here, but the options just kept increasing as the basics were not "custom". Glad I passed.
I'm not sure what constitutes "custom". We had a bazillion choices on appliances, cabinets, colors, flooring, fireplaces, stone, brick, etc, blah, blah, but we could NOT move any walls, add a 3rd car garage, install an irrigation system, etc. until after we owned the place. The floor plan is the floor plan.
