Not sure what you mean. Because the upper and lower are molded together they’ll never separate. At least I’ve never seen any. That’s their selling point.
Which happens to other shoes I’ve owned. The lower part just completely comes off. For 10 years I walked 3 times a week.
They sell stuff to take care of the leather. Eventually they start to look old. I’ve only thrown mine away because of looks, not because of any actual construction of the shoe falling apart.
Also, changing spikes is a pain. Most of the time the replacements fall out. When I wore spiked shoes I ended up not replacing the spikes. So I ended up with spikless anyway. Lol
