Little update: the same shaft and adapter has already been on a Titleist 915, Ping G410 and Taylormade SIM. Perfect fit on all of them. Found an easy way for replacing the OEM screws and rubber o-rings after removing the head by using a piece of graphite shaft to press down on the o-ring and unscrewing the screw till it falls out. To put the screw back in, drop the o-ring into the hosel, press down with the piece of shaft and screw the screw back in.
