Breakfast, had to fast for blood work...16 hours without food so treated myself and a couple buds from work to breaky and coffee ....

why do eggs and bacon and toast always taste better at a breakfast joint ?

I am always torn going out for dinner as I feel the food I make is better and of course cheaper....but do not mind a good resto breakfast

Not cooked in a pan that was scrubbed with soap/water. There may also be the saliva factor, which you never know about. 🤣

I've noticed the same about PB&J sandwiches. Someone else makes me one and it tastes WAY BETTER!

It always tastes better if the cook has a scraggly beard, greasy apron and scratches his ass alot. Just sumpin' about it that makes it a good ole' country breakfast.

Absolutely. And this is best at a restaurant like Waffle House/Omelette Shoppe where the cook is at the grill in full view. Add wiping nose with fingers with ass scratch. The food is still amazing.

Prepaid for my TSA Pre-Check interview and application.

(My wife has had hers for years and for whatever the reason, my tickets have included Pre-Check status when we travel together. It spoiled me so I'm buying my own in case the 'special' treatment came to an end.)

I think it's worth it if you fly even a handful of times each year. Definitely worth it if you fly regularly. I hate when we take a family trip and some times my wife and kids don't get the TSA Pre. Then I have to go thru security with them like a commoner.

The rules specifically state each passenger needs a Pre-Check identifier number or they are required to go through full screening unless below a certain age. Sounds like you've been gifted with a waiver for your family members in the past too. It's a game-changer, especially in busy airports with one screening area with lots of gates for multiple airlines and it can be a cattle call getting through.
