Not really that bad, Candu. I'm not a teaching pro, but just a couple observations.
I'd like to see your spine a little more upright at address. If you notice at the 12 second mark first video, you'll see that your spine is hunched. Straighten that up a little, and get a little more bend in the knees, whilst still bending at the waist.
The second thing that stands out is a tad of early extension. Somewhere between the 23 and 24 second mark, you will see that you considerably lose what little knee flex you have, as your legs are almost straight. What we're looking for is to maintain that spine angle through impact, which will be a lot easier to achieve if you incorporate just a little more knee bend.
Lastly, I'd prefer to see your hands a little further ahead of the club face at impact. This will help you feel a much more solid strike, as you're not adding loft to the club at contact. Just addressing this issue alone can add significant distance.
But those three things all work together to deliver more stability, more consistent ball striking, and a lot more "umph" at impact. I can't speak to how you grip the club, as it's very difficult to see from so far away from the camera.
Not a bad swing at all, however. I would just recommend working on one thing at a time so to not feel completely overwhelmed. I've always enjoyed the "Me and My Golf" Youtube channel online, where they have lots of free archive lesson drills for these very things. You just go to their YouTube page, use their search engine. For instance:
These aren't complicated fixes, but they do take some time to implement subconsciously.
