I had an email exchange with them. I asked about selling heads only and got a very polite "no, but" response. Looks like I can send them my choice of shaft and they will assemble to my specs. I asked if I could send my own shaft, grip and ferrules for assembly with their heads and lie, length specs. Awaiting answer. Not sure if they would like blue grips and ferrules. I'm interested in the 699 Pro Black.
