Weirfan its getting tougher and tougher for sure, there are still lots of 70-80 grams shafts but 90 -100gram plus driver shafts quite tough, Diamana has the S+ 102 , but only in X and that seems to be the tendency now, the heavier weight shafts are in the stronger flexes.
Using a 70- 80 gram shaft with a counterbalance weight is an effective way to get up to 100 grams without impacting flex and lots of people do better with counterbalanced shafts. Or , if you have someone needing heavier but a softer flex or tip , you can go with the 75-80 gram shaft and add some head weight .....
My Diamana S+ Ltd Ed came in raw at 74 grams and I am playing it at 45 inches and is working well .....when I play a thriver at say 44 inches I try to go heavier shaft , stiffer tip and higher loft
JMO but I am talking of using OG wooden woods not oversize 460cc metal woods. I am also talking seniors over 65+ that like to use their old equipment just spruced up to fit their game better. Driver or brassie swing speed of 75 - 80 mph (distance of 180 yards to 200 max off tee). They score well by playing the correct tee for their tee ball distance and are accurate and don't spray the ball.
I think we are really not even talking apples to apples here. JMO. 🙂
BTW TT Lite XL have a very tip stiff shaft profile for anyone considering them this is why most dislike them. Hence why I use Apollo Shadow .335 A/L a much softer tip profile. Even Spectre's are stiffer tip wise. One could consider Apollo Balastik in an A or L flex in .335.
