I've never been committed to cheering for a particular team of adult men wearing matching shirts who play sports for money.
I think the "old days" were different, maybe? I wasn't around, and wouldn't know. It seems infrequent now that guys are actually associated with the city where they play. Coaches and players don't stick around for very long a lot of the time.
So if you're cheering for Green Bay or whoever else today, it's the laundry, right?
The Patriots have been exciting for as long as I've paid any attention, but it's still grown men I don't know running into other men I don't know for millions of dollars. Can't think of many things that impact my life less.
