Its a prototype NB in all black with no racing stripes. Got it from Steve. Never been hit. Dont know how many are out there but cpanther might know.

Steve had the factory do a handful of heads in different colors, before the racing stripes. The factory also made the prototypes smaller than requested. Steve sent me the only (?) all black one. 10.5 degree.

From the samples we went back to the drawing board. We made changes to computer mockups, added the racing stripes and settled on 69 Camaro Orange ( or General Lee Orange ) and gray for Mustang lovers

Spuzz hates blue anything. I try my best to bug him when we play. I will wear blue and try to bring out anyblue clubs i have. He really loves my Mactec. A blue/purple beast.

That is correct. My mistake. My memory isn't what it used to be. I now remeber you had it up for sale and i wanted it. I was confused with the Jimi Hendrix DCT that i got from Steve. Would the prototype 0lay any different?

It’s smaller than the production model, and it’s a 10.5 that IMO hits low.

I remember that one, no stripes black paint and standard titanium finish. It was the correct size 460. Forgot what loft it was. That was the last prototype before the production model was made.

I have/had one of the silver No Brainers that I got from Steve and for the life of me, I don't remember what I did with it. I know I still have never hit one. I've looked for the damn thing and if it's here, I have no idea where.

Welcome to Geezerdom. 😜 During the winter I don't do much golf work and in the spring stuff is where I left it in my shop. But, I forget where I left it. Last spring I was working on a set of my irons and I couldn't find the 5 head. I tore my shop apart looking and finally gave up. I week or two later I was looking in drawer below my drill press where I keep bits and found the iron head in that drawer. Go figure. 👴
