sdandrea1 Found a set of BeCu on the cheap. MicroTaper shafts. Working on the heads now. This is a halfway point for me. I may get them tumbled and painted, but am tempted to buy a tumbler. Some before and after pics. Coke soak and an Acetone soak. The 7 -W were nasty. There are some stubborn spots in the 5, 9, and W cavities. Might leave the paintfill out of the cavities, might not. Either way, they're gonna get some play and the patina shall return.

ode I love the finish, love the grind! Pretty much everything else about the eye2 is butt ugly😛. Like looking down at a friggin duck hook with metal pipe hitting a boulder! But the turf interaction be nice😎

DC300 Why can’t I ever run into a set of those? I want a BeCu set, just to say I have them lol. The Barkeepers for copper does a helluva job on stubborn stuff too. I took copper bottom pots from my great grandmother and had them looking damn near 20 minutes, impressive stuff.

The pics showed the serial #s all the same to I messaged the guy and he said he listed them separately because the grips didn't match. I paid $170 shipped. I could maybe get $300 now but I'd like to keep them.

Typhoon Maybe they are better now, I know I looked a year or 2 ago and was disappointed. What I might do sometime is sell the Orange dot ones that are in Nick's bag that he never uses and put the coppers in there. My youngest is a lefty and has G2 irons.
