  • Breaking Up is Hard to Do: Johnson Parts Ways with Caddie After 15 Years

So, was his performance as a caddie slipping or was Zack's as a player and blaming Green? Pretty cold to let him go after 15 years and at the age of 58. And Zack didn't have the balls to say the word "fired." Supposedly Zack is a decent dude but I never cared for him for whatever reason. I hope Zack at least gave him a nice separation bonus.

I'm going to miss that Chicken Walk thingy. He was fun!

I wonder. Are caddies treated as employees or as an independent contractor? Different severance rules apply if they were in Canada

Zach should dump those crappy PXG irons not the caddy who helped him with his over achievements.

Admire Zach for being a tenacious player who has had way more success than his game and skill deserve, a modern day Corey Pavin, but always felt he was a bit arrogant and douchey when he spoke- that could just be my interpretation though.

I think your interpretation is right.
