Could just be the wiring in my house.... and I'm glad that others don't have the issue I have, because it's not like I go to the store and buy several dozen light bulbs to keep in stock. I buy a couple extra, just in case. It just seems like no matter which bulb I use - I'm replacing at least a couple of them per month.
But here's the funny thing. I put a regular everyday 60W lamp bulb in my recessed porch light earlier this year. The thing is still going strong.
I've no clue what the problem is. The bulbs in my ceiling fans - replacing them all the time. Lamps, kitchen lights... Every month or so I'm replacing one. But that outdoor porch bulb, which isn't designed for outdoors - it runs like a champ. lol
Beats me.
