colej I could see myself ending up in the bag a few times over the next yearā€¦. In all seriousness, I wouldnā€™t be upset if they were in there with me. I still have delusions of new clubs, but my rational side keeps getting in the way, just not playing enough to justify it.

I'll guess that they'll make a fine combo set.

colej hopefully the TS2 replacement has less offset!

Have you tried the TS1? Not sure what the final specs on the TS3 or TS4 will be. If I see anything Iā€™ll post it.

colej had a 7i demo. Liked it but the sole relief on the TS2 suited me better. Tried hard to make the TS2 work but I could not hit a fade to save my life, trying several different shafts. I think they are just too low spin for me.

colej Good looking club heads, but Iā€™m going to stick to my PTMs. Iā€™ve tested the TS1 & TS2 & know that these are good performing designs - would expect the TS3 & TS4 to be as good or better!

Wishon gets a lot of kudos for his club design work but I think we should talk about Britt more. I think he's been the prime designed at GW for quite some time and has brought out some great, playable iron designs. And to my eye his design aesthetic is way better than Wishons in most cases.

bad9 I tend to agree with you. Wishon designs did look cleaner (graphics) for the most part, but didn't always look as good at address as the GW irons IMO. Many times the blade length looked a bit too long or short and the offset wasn't blended in well.

I loved the 560MC irons performance and they looked great in the bag, but never quite right at address. Same with the 771CSI. I'm nitpicking of course, but I think if Britt had tweaked Tom's designs that would have been perfection.

For me most wishons (not counting the wishon 979) feel much firmer at impact. Maybe a difference in VCOG between wishon and Maltby?
