The final stage of the LPGA qualifying tournament, the Q-Series, will begin this week.
A field of 102 players will be teeing it up to see if they can earn their 2019 LPGA playing cards.

Muni He is making a charge after finding herself in 60th something after the first 2 rounds and has now climbed to 19th after the first 4 rounds. Muni would be very good for the LPGA and television ratings and drive the needle more than even Tony! 😁

She had been playing for the USC ladies team and came on the scene when she won a Symetra event in July. TonyJesselli - Tony - have you read or heard about any feedback on how the ladies liked this new format? I know some collegiate coaches were upset with the scheduling conflict because their colleges had a major tournament scheduled at the same time so a couple of schools had their stars unavailable.

Do you have any ladies that disappointed you in not making the top 45 and receiving their cards? The only surprise to me was Cheyenne Woods. She has tour experience and only needed to post a +1 or better yesterday to get inside the line. Vicki Hurst tried to resurrect her career but her astronomical scores resulted in her withdrawing after 4 rounds - I wonder what she was trying to accomplish when it looks like her competitive game is a distant memory.

I was disappointed in Cheyenne myself. Was also hoping Maude-Aimee Leblanc did well, but she didn't.

Would've been so easy for him to overlook what transpired in lieu of benefit to his player, but kudos to him for speaking out. Hope he gets a gig on tour after all of this.

"Valer said Chen asked him to keep quiet about the details of what happened, but when LPGA rules officials questioned him afterward about a possible rules violation, he told them what he saw and heard."

If it is confirmed that Chen asked him to keep quiet about the incident, she should be banished from pro golf for a considerable period. Hard to refute a player's own caddie's version of the events that unfolded that day. What motivation would there be for him to be unforthcoming in this situation?

Hope he lands a gig at the next level.

Thing I can't figure out is why these people, that do the complaining, don't know how to complain while 'being silent'.
Boycott events where the person(s) are known to be entering. How would it look when only a couple players signed up for a highly regarded tournament, and they had to cancel the event?
Yet, as evidenced during the Olympics, and other competitions around the world, they participate. When doing so you have no right of complaining. You are accepting of it, and condoning it, no matter what your mouth may say.
Actions.....have always been much louder than any words!
