Yes kind of but focuses on the end result and works backwards. To many golfers are all hands and arms players with no use of lower body, feet. Focus on where the hands and arms are vs. just letting it go with use of lower body and feet. Which leads to over thinking and stalling. It's worth a look. If one can take tidbits of these and piece them together for themselves and understand it with video you can become a more complete player. To do that though you do need to understand the golf swing. Moving your lower body, feet take a lot of strain off the hips, back and knees which the modern PGA swing does not. Modern PGA puts a lot of stress thru resistance to get more distance. Hard on the body especially seniors.
