Yeah, that happens on occasion for sure. And I'm cognizant of that and in that situation don't think anything of it.
I'm talking more specifically about the shopper who sprints to get in line at the 10 or less with half a large shopping cart full of items.
There are numerous occasions when I get into the regular checkout line with a full cart, see someone behind me with a small carry basket of items as I'm about to put my stuff on the conveyer belt for the cashier to scan, and tell them to jump ahead of me.
Doesn't this just come down to old fashioned courtesy most of the time? Like spending a few extra seconds to hold the door open for someone, or fetching an item from the top shelf that another shopper in the same aisle is struggling to reach? I'm generally a very patient person and try to follow the Golden Rule. It's those who aren't that I take issue with, and most of us know these types when we come across them.
Especially on the golf course.
