Looking forward to teeing it up for the 1st time at DS. I am only getting in one round but that is due to me having my own semi private DS this year. I take my daughter to CA every labor day weekend for summer camp on Catalina Island and get to play golf while she has fun at camp. This year I am playing 5 rounds in 5 days. I start out playing Oak Quarry in Riverside, CA. I then make my way to beautiful Palm Springs and meet up with a couple of my buddies driving out from Phoenix where we will play Desert Willow Mountain View Course, PGA West Stadium Course and the Pete Dye La Quinta Mountain course. I will then head back to the LA area and play one of the Muni Tracks in the Long Beach area before picking up my daughter from the dock. I could have a +/- 2 on my handicap after the week depending on how I play. I then get to take a few days off from golf before I tee it up on Saturday at DS.
Since I have never played in a DS before, how are the teams for Saturday picked since it is a two person best ball?
