It is like the AR-15 of wedges.

AR-15 rifles are like Legos, as long as the part fits dimensionally within it's given area and interface points, everywhere else can be manipulated.

I would try it, but how much interchangeability and how many sole/face options would be the appeal to me. The shape of the head doesn't have to be so Star Trek like. Offer different groove, face options would be neat, even a blank practice face would be cool.

I think they had finally done it, by offering something borderline innovation and coo coo's nest .

The price line is out of sight, perhaps they figured low volume sales forecasting.

As previously mentioned, if the rules prohibit the changes mid-round, what's the point? And who would want to have the tools with you to do it mid-round anyway? People scream enough about pace of play...

Have you all thought about the idea of an adjustable driver? I bet that wouldn't sell either.

How many bought the adjustable driver but seldom if ever change the setting away from the standard setting ?
Or set with a setting and left it there forever ?

The fun parts was trying to find the "magic" setting on the driving range during the first week of owning the adjustable driver. I dare to say the majority of those whom I play golf with have the adjustable driver set on the standard setting and left it there. I don't know anyone change the setting of their adjustable driver back and forth after the first few months of ownership.

If someone bought an adjustable driver standard setting is 10° and capable of between 9° loft to 12° loft , then after trying it for months decided to set it on the 11° loft . Why wouldn't this golfer just purchase an 11° lofted driver instead of pay additional for the feature he does not need ? The extra money could be spent on upgrading the shaft of choice, in my opinion is a more important fitting option for better performance and feel with the drivers.

Irons and wedges strike the turf not like drivers hit the teed up golf ball. Even the forged or soft cast will deform somewhat after extended usage, I can't see a wedge holding the original design with adjustable design.

It'll be very interesting to see the durability of these adjustable wedges in the near future, BTW what's their warranty period ?
