SVonhof why not go play an executive course with some of the limited flight balls that Callaway (and others) sell? The dense foam ones?
Nicklaus built a course on the Cayman Islands that could be played as an executive course with regulation flight golf balls OR played under a simulated championship length course using the infamous 'Cayman Balls'. Nicklaus had those manufactured under the MacGregor brand.
I looked high and low for my Caymans and can't find them as I kept them as souvenirs. They were kind of pricey since they were limited in production. Golfing with them sucked so the 2nd nine we went back to regulation balls and scored our game playing the executive course yardage.
This course was so popular <sarcasm>, being one of the very few courses on the Caymans with an International tourist/business pool to draw from, that it went tits up and has been absorbed by another course that incorporated it into its layout.
No driver, no fun.
