Seen lots of great reviews for the film Oppenheimer. One thing I was unaware of is Oppenheimer thought there was a near zero (but still not a zero chance)that the nuclear chain reaction would keep going and blow up the world.
Saw a good documentary on the race to develop the nuclear bomb between Oppenheimer and his German counterpart Heisenberg. We haven’t been to the movies since Seabiscuit (20 years ago).Lol May have to go see this one.
The director Christopher Nolan thinks Oppenheimer is the most important person who ever lived. Also, Cillian Murphy is said to give a great performance as Oppenheimer. He was in another Christopher Nolan film Dunkirk which was very good.
Oppenheimer is based on the 2005 biography American Prometheus.
