Goliath on Showtime.
A documentary on Wilt Chamberlain. Very well done. Grew up watching the battles with Wilt and Bill Russell. I remember being at the Boston Garden waiting to go into our seats.
Back then the players walked thru with the patrons but entered in a different entrance. I remember seeing Wilt walking in the crowd towards the players entrance. He was easy to spot being head and shoulders above everyone else. lol
He was a great athlete and a really good guy. Russell and him were actually good friends until Russell called him out for not coming back into a game because of an injury. They didn’t speak for years after, but eventually made amends.
Highly recommend this documentary series if that era in sports interests you.
