Not NF but with being sick with Covid for over a week, buddy brought over his box set of Game of Thrones blurays. I had tried to get into this show years ago, even attempted twice but found it slow, boring and uninteresting. He said to give it another shot and try to stick with it for at least a full season. I did, and while it didn't knock my sox off, I felt the cliffhanger was worthy of continuing. I'm all about character development and the show did this well....Seasons 2,3,4 were quite good but then the show seems to have fallen off a cliff and gone downhill afterwards. ( not a surprise as most shows jump the shark after 4 seasons)
I'm partway through Season 6 now and it's a bit of a slog but hope to be able to ride it out as I've invested over 50 hours now....lol.
i've read that S7 and 8 are really bad , to the point where over 1 million people signed a petition for them to redo S8.....ROTF......really
