Walterjn FWIW The Last of Us is a very good show. I don't love it as much as someone else does, but I look forward to it each week.

KCee We watch “The Last of Us” as well. Started out good, now… meh. Too many holes. Like the episode the other night… Joel is barely conscious on the floor after the stabbing, possible infection, getting sewed up YET he has enough strength to suddenly get up and fight off amd kill a guy. Then go upstairs and subdue and kill 2 more?

And the last scene where the girl fights off the guy, the big lodge catches fire with them in there screaming yet where are all the people that live there??? Joel and her walk away after killing 2 more and the giant building is on fire.

Yeah…. C’mon

Typhoon I love how guys get shot in movies and just keep kicking ass like it's a scratch. Just don't have the guy get shot and it would be a lot more believable.

I used to get into that with people while discussing The Walking Dead. Sure it's about zombies but there still has to be some realism to be able to watch. Some of the crap is so jarring it just ruins it. People would say well it's a show about zombies you shouldn't expect realism and I'd counter with "So you'd be OK if Rick could fly and shoot lasers out of his eyes?" After all it's a show about zombies.
You know they have people watch and review this stuff before it's released and nobody says, "maybe he shouldn't be running for miles after being shot 3 times"? Shows a total disdain for the audience's intelligence.

Watching the 2nd season of Shadow & Bone. I liked the 1st season better.

I liked The Puppet Master ... a three-episode series that could've easily been two. Strange how people are easily manipulated.

Madoff was good too. Can't believe how much he got away with.

Finally getting around to Succession. Good so far. Another one of those shows where nobody is likeable.

Love Columbo. There's a channel (Sundance maybe?) that will have a marathon of Columbo's. Usually around a holiday.

I read recently somewhere that the first time he said that line, it was a mistake. Apparently he forgot to say that line earlier in the scene, and as he was walking out, he remembered and ad-libbed the line. The producers liked it so much they kept it in and the rest, as they say, is history.
