Typhoon There was really no ending. Who comes out of the scares and scares Karen out of the house? The one that blows my mind is the guy chases the guy down the tunnel and the guy goes into the other house and says to the woman with pigtails..." they're on to us" and then ITS NEVER MENTIONED OR LOOKED INTO AGAIN.
And when the cops tell the owner about the couple across the street being murdered, why is nothing said to the cops when it was a lie?... why is there no concern. Did the husband get fired.. I thought they sold their old place but they moved back in.
This is what I mean by loose ends. Too many things go unexplained. Yeah, why didn't Dean and Nora follow the tunnel to Mia Farrows house? But since the real life watcher was never caught they went with the same ending (unexplained).
That's why I liked my wife's ending. She said that Mo and her husband weren't dead and that everyone was in cahoots to scare people out of the house. Then buy the house with an LLC at a discount and resell it at a nice profit. Wash, rinse repeat. That ending would've wrapped everything up in a bow.
But nope, we're left to wonder and guess. Also, didn't like the murdering of the pets. That's one reason my wife's theory didn't hold up. How do you get everyone on board to pull a scam and justify killing pets.
