braveheart azgreg Hard to see anybody stepping into James Garner’s shoes to play Jim Rockford.I think it’s the best detective show of all time. I have the opening music theme as my ringtone and my father looked like Garner. I have a hard time with remakes in general. Some TV movies or shows should be left alone but I realize that is not how it works. After all I just watched the Man on Fire series on Netflix and enjoyed it.
sdandrea1 Finished Man on Fire. Not Denzel level, but pretty good. Set up another season. The character "Poe", was top actor.
professor azgreg Rooster on HBO has been pretty good so far. Quite funny with some good script-writing. Good casting with some humorous characters too.

johnnydoom Finally getting around to watching The Martian. Daughter just finished the book and wanted to see the movie. So far it is very good.
darpar The Kevin Hart Roast was pretty funny at times, and totally brutal.....with plenty of cleavage for general viewing!
braveheart Watched Dutton Ranch on Paramount +. It’s excellent. The freedom to use random curse words suits the characters in this show. Seeing Cole Hauser as Rip is a treat.

sdandrea1 azgreg Is that part of the Yellowstone series? Looks like Yellowstone minus Costner. We could not get into Yellowstone. It came off as a soap opera and every character was a despicable human POS.
