I tried watching Black Mirror again. I watched the first two episodes of the new season. Pretty much the same as the others I saw. Message shows that are as about as subtle as a shovel to the side of the head. They really hate social media on this show. I've seen maybe 5 episodes and I think 4 were about the ills of social media or gaming. Like we didn't know people love their phones and video games, and some use them too much.

The first one was really goofy as two buddies begin playing one of those fighting games (I don't play video games but you guys who do would recognize it, I believe they did a movie based on it) where you each pick a fighter. Oh, this one is a virtual reality type game where it's even more realistic. So one guy picks a chick and the other picks a guy. They end up getting it on sexually (in the game) rather than fighting and it ruins their lives. It was just long and drawn out.
The second one was an again not very subtle attack on social media as a guy who's fiancé was killed in a car accident by a driver who glanced at a phone kidnaps a guy from the media company so he can talk to the guy who runs it, ala Zuckerberg.
None of these episodes I've seen so far have the wit or really the surprise endings of the old Twilight Zone. Could somebody point me to an exact episode you think was really good?
