What Are Your Favorite Wedges - Component Or OEM?

I am pretty well set on everything in my bag except for wedges. I prefer something large like an 84mm blade length. What are your favorites either component or OEM in the 52° to 58° loft?

I have a set of Maltby M Series and a set of Vokeys that alternate in and out of my bag. Depends on
my latest success or lack of same with each group. Sometimes I'll just switch out the one that needs
a "timeout."

Well, I lived for my Eidolons (dual bounce sole) until I got my OMG Tille wedges. The Tille's just work better for me (but the Eidolons are still lurking in the basement ready to pounce)
An honourable mention goes to the Purefit idRAW wedges. They are also a great design and My son still has them in his bag.

I looked at the Tille but my issue is going from a 84mm iron head to a 75mm wedge. It just looks funny to me at address. I saw the Tille posted as having a 75mm length.

Wishing PCF Micro Tour

My current gamers are Snake Eyes 685BX in 52+56 and my favs.

I now have some Wishon PCF Micro Tours (thanks to candukid and his JethroTille find) so will test them out after I get them bent (52-56-60)

Have played many kinds over the years (all with about the same results) but the best SW I ever had was a Purespin clone (Accuspin) that could spin a TopFlite rock backwards but chewed up urethane and spit it out (and also left a yellowish mark on the ball)
I wish I had that one back (gave to son and his bag was stolen)

Spuzz I now have some Wishon PCF Micro Tours

One of the reasons I am looking is that I don't hit the Wishon 870ti and the Sterling SW and AW very well.

I had the Purespins and another similar set that would tear up balls like a cart path.

Wishon PCFs are 80mm and 59mm toe height.
The Micro Grooves are 82mm with a 61mm toe height which is in your ball park.

I had some Raven Nearnet wedges that were a bit on the bigger size.
Maybe you can find some on ebay?

I also liked the DTG Inazone Shadow wedges but they are on the small side for you.
Quality and feel are good on these, along with the spin.
Maybe the newer models are a bigger size?
Those blade length type specs aren't listed on the DTG website though

My favorites right now are the Cleveland CBX wedges. The marketing on them is since 84% of golfers play cavity back irons, why would you play a blade wedge?

The V sole seems to work well for me whether in the sand, rough of fairway. I have the 54 and 60 degree.

The last few months I’ve been baggin my Cleveland RTX wedges. But I do have Wishon PCF’s in the Wishon bag and Callaway Mac Daddy’s in the Callaway bag, with Vokey’s on standby. Been eyeballin thos OMG Tille wedges lately, looking for something for winter ball and extremely tight lies around the greens. I hate putting from 30 feet off the green, but I hate thinning and chunking wedges from tight lies even more.

Low bounce LW is your friend.
I have a 60* Bailiwick thin sole wedge just for that, plus hard pan bunkers.

I have an old Wilson "Sandy Andy" low bounce SW in the closet. 57° 4° bounce and it is huge. 😜

Unless you use the SW a lot in full shots from the fairway, you won't notice the gap. I use the W for full shots from 85 - 90 yards and as an all purpose wedge around the green. I use the SW out of greenside bunkers and flops.
